Goose offers paddle board lessons, guided paddleboarding tours, SUP sea safety sessions and private lessons for beginners, families and groups. The tone is relaxed, friendly and practical, with sessions shaped around suitable weather and sea conditions.

First-Time SUP Lesson

A relaxed private introduction to board handling, balance, paddling and simple safety awareness, just for you and your group.

Sea Safety Session

Build your confidence and knowledge when taking to the sea, with private coaching around weather, tide, equipment and self-rescue decisions.

Private Guided Tour

Our bespoke private tours are shaped around your group, the conditions and the experience you want, with up to 5 boards available and extra riders welcome on their own equipment at a discounted price.

Want to join our free paddle board group? GooSUP meets on Friday evenings when conditions allow so you can get on the water and meet like-minded people.

Sunset / Night Paddles

Our sunset and night paddles are bookable to private groups on request, with up to 4 people per session at £25 per person and a £15 single-person supplement.
